Job Description
Proficient in US Mortgage processes, including Underwriting, Post-Closing, and various income calculations (self-employed, wage earner, SSI, rental, pension/retirement, annuity incomes), as well as compliance with CFPB, FHA, FNMA, and other regulatory/state-specific requirements. ? Over 5 years of experience in the US Mortgage origination domain. ? Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills ? Mandatory hands-on experience in Underwriting and Post-Closing. ? Proficient in handling various documents throughout the origination cycle, including Origination, Processing, Underwriting, and Post-Closing. ? Knowledgeable about CFPB, FHA, FNMA, and other regulatory/state-specific requirements, with the ability to perform final compliance checks. ? Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems is essential. ? Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations. ? Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly to changes. ? Capable of escalating any deviations from defined processes and seeking immediate assistance ? The candidate should possess strong knowledge of the origination process, including Underwriting and various Income Calculations (self-employed, wage earners, etc.). ? Must be flexible with shift rotations and a five-day workweek, with the ability to support during weekends and holidays as needed by business demands ? Language Expertise: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ? Excellent comprehension of written English, with courteous, tactful, and assertive interpersonal skills.
