Data Analyst - Senior Engineer @ Iris Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma BI and other visualization tools.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Snowflake data warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 68 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Sigma BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
