Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead with strong expertise in contract hiring for domestic recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes and capable of handling multiple clients, stakeholders, and team members efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment cycle for contract hiring positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and networking channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract staffing / domestic recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and client coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
