Job Description

Greetings!We are hiring Customer Service Executive profile for an international chat process.
Location- Mohali Teleperformance Global Services
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following Criteria: - Excellent communication skills with strong hold on grammar and typing skills. Strong thought process with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) Minimum Qualification Criteria: - Minimum qualification of 10+2
The Interview process will consist of the following rounds:

HR screening
Ops Assessment
Computer Based Assessment
Typing Assessment

The shifts offered are: - 9.5 Hrs. Shift (Including 1 Hr. Break)

Cab facilities only for female (Any shifts between 9pm to 6am)/ No cab for male employees
Working Days : 5.5 Days with rotational shifts and Weekly Off.

Salary Package: - Fresher - 30,000/month (28000+2000 (PLI) Experience- 31,000/month (29000+2000 (PLI) For candidates with 1 year or more of relevant experience
