Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Executive - Relationship Manager at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to address client concerns and improve services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is necessary for data management and reporting.
A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
