Overview
We are seeking a TOSCA Automation Specialist who combines technical excellence with process understanding to automate SAP systems efficiently and deliver measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about test automation, SAP solutions, and quality engineering who want to contribute to global projects within a dynamic consulting environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP GUI environments.
- Identify automation opportunities within SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test coverage.
- Develop model-based test automation in Tosca for UI, API, and data layer testing.
- Execute and monitor automation runs; analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure regression stability.
- Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines and manage execution using qTest, ALM, or JIRA.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of automation failures and implement optimizations for maintainability and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation test data, scripts, reports, and user guides.
- Collaborate with SAP project teams to ensure automation aligns with business goals and release schedules.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for candidates with a combination of the following:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
- Expertise in T model-based automation test design, execution, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with test management platforms (qTest, ALM, JIRA).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across India, USA and Australia time zones.
