Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable billing, invoicing, and collections process for clients.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments through various channels (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers).
Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow management, reduce bad debts, and enhance overall revenue collection efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, or other accounting issues.

Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation & Invoicing
Good communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
