Job Title: IT Recruiter (Passionate about Tech & People!)
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for roles across development, testing, infrastructure, and emerging tech.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through calls, assessments, and discussions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using our ATS and trackers.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Stay current on tech trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Skills & Requirements
- 14 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with enthusiasm, persistence, and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
