Location: Noida Sector 127 (leasing) OR Okhla Delhi (sales)
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (In Office only) - Monday to Saturday, 6 days working
Annual offered salary: 3.5-6 lacs
Other Benefits: Reimbursed travel expenses apart from daily office commuting

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Leasing Manager to oversee the sales and leasing of premium commercial real estate projects, including office spaces, IT suites, and retail outlets in the Noida and Delhi regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales and leasing targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities: MUST HAVE A STRONG BROKER NETWORK
Sales & Leasing:
- Drive sales and leasing activities for commercial real estate projects ranging from 25 lakhs to 10 crore.
- Actively promote office spaces, IT suites, and retail outlets to prospective clients.
- Identify and onboard corporate clients, investors, and retailers for leasing or purchasing commercial spaces.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Recommend pricing strategies and leasing structures based on market insights.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Address client queries and concerns with prompt and effective solutions.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and leasing targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively network to expand the client base.
Negotiation & Closure:
- Manage negotiations with potential buyers or tenants to finalize deals.
- Prepare and review leasing or sale agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of sales and leasing activities, including inquiries, visits, and closures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management on target achievements and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-10 years in sales/leasing in the commercial real estate sector.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate projects and market dynamics in Noida & Delhi.
- Proven ability to sell or lease commercial spaces with deal values ranging from 25 lakhs to 10 crore.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network of clients, brokers, and channel partners in the commercial real estate market.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with prior experience in IT parks, commercial office spaces, and retail leasing/sales.
- Local candidates with knowledge of the Noida and Delhi market.
