Hiring For Customer Support Executive- International Voice Process @ Teleperformance (TP)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers to Trouble Shoot customers Issue.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1year experience in international voice Process.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound international telesales.
• Prior exposure to BPO/Call Center environments.
• Minimum 1Year experience International Voice Process.
