About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Car Loan Executive to join our growing our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing dealer relationships, processing car loan applications, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the loan journey.

Role & responsibilities

• Promote car loan products to individual customers, car dealers.
  
• Generate and convert leads through showroom visits, referrals, and online channels.
  
• Evaluate customer eligibility, collect required documentation, and coordinate loan processing.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, and customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
  
• Follow up with customers for EMI payments, renewals, and repeat business.
