Desired Candidate Profile
Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualize plant configuration and lay out
Ability to grasp knowledge regarding new technologies, new manufacturing processes, and plant designs
Basic engineering of a plant and subsequently detailed engineering with help of technical consultants and vendors.
Develop clear task lists for various work streams such a procurement, execution, etc.
Develop an optimal project execution schedule and develop a project cost
Cost and Value Engineering experience.
Should possess good knowledge and experience in statutory permitting process
Drive procurement process for key equipment by sourcing leads, validating vendor quotes, and finalizing contracts after commercial negotiations
Strong foundation on engineering basics and theoretical calculations and validations.
Good knowledge of heat & Material Balance calculations and process Flow Diagrams.
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards of quality of materials used in equipment and project construction.
Good knowledge of equipment layout, PFD, P&IDs, Equipment Datasheets and Instrument specifications.
Excellent knowledge on project procurement and project contracts and agreements.
Excellent knowledge of material handling systems, utilities, electrical, civil and structural work flows
Effective co-ordination with Licensors, Technical consultants, Contractors and equipment suppliers etc.
Conducting periodical meeting with Internal and external agencies, circulating its minutes extensive follow up and expediting in a time-bound manner and review the outcome with the management.
Good knowledge and experience in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
Ability to independently drive mini projects in existing plants such as de-bottlenecking activities and plant enhancement activities
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical
