Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Ncino's data modeling capabilities.
- Develop custom components using Einstein Bots to enhance customer engagement and improve sales processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to agent performance, productivity, and quality through analysis of data from various sources such as CRM systems like Salesforce.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in LWC, Ncino, Agentforce, Einstein Bots.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes & triggers, Visualforce pages & components.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex integrations between different systems using APIs or other technologies.
