Hiring: Deputy Manager Mortgage Sales
Role: Team Leader
Experience: 35 years (Minimum 5 years in HL/LAP preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a mortgage sales team

• Handle geography mapping and performance audits

• Manage and promote products including Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage

• Maintain strong relationships with sources and partners

• Conduct joint calls, daily huddles, and weekly reviews

• Recruit and manage channel partners

• Coordinate with the credit team on loan applications

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate with a strong sales mindset

• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

• 5+ years experience in Home Loan, LAP, or Mortgage sales preferred
