Salesforce Developer @ Synechron

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to support various business needs. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements through configuration and code.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Optimize Salesforce platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor Jr. developers.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new platform capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working with Salesforce declarative tools such as workflows, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
• Experience with integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II) are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
