Job Description
We are seeking IT professionals with strong expertise in storage and backup solutions, complemented by a working knowledge of Windows administration.
The primary focus will be on managing and optimizing storage and backup environments, with occasional support for Windows-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage and backup solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs and storage performance issues.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of storage systems.
Support Windows server administration tasks including patching, user management, and system monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
Document procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, etc.).
Proficiency in backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup).
Working knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred
Qualifications:
Certifications in storage or backup technologies (e.g., EMC, NetApp, Veeam).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
Experience in hybrid or cloud-based storage environments
