Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Service with AI Skills SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Are you a AI wizard who thrives on working on customer end? Join us to drive excellence and empower the next generation of customer service professionals with AI! What you'll do:

Develop detailed course modules, assessments, and learning resources.
Create use cases showcasing AI in customer service (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis, automation).
Align content with the latest customer experience (CX) and AI trends.
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure engaging and practical course delivery.
Review and validate course materials for accuracy and relevance.
Record talking head videos (onsite/virtually on Zoom) for each course. You should have:
Proven experience in customer service operations, CX management, or customer support leadership.
Strong understanding of AI applications such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, and analytics tools.
Excellent written communication and course design skills.
Prior experience in eLearning or instructional content development preferred.
