Job Description
We're Hiring: Customer Service with AI Skills SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Are you a AI wizard who thrives on working on customer end? Join us to drive excellence and empower the next generation of customer service professionals with AI! What you'll do:
- Develop detailed course modules, assessments, and learning resources.
- Create use cases showcasing AI in customer service (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis, automation).
- Align content with the latest customer experience (CX) and AI trends.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure engaging and practical course delivery.
- Review and validate course materials for accuracy and relevance.
- Record talking head videos (onsite/virtually on Zoom) for each course. You should have:
- Proven experience in customer service operations, CX management, or customer support leadership.
- Strong understanding of AI applications such as ChatGPT, CRM automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication and course design skills.
- Prior experience in eLearning or instructional content development preferred.
