The Opportunity

As part of the India Employee Relations team, the Employee Relations Manager will be a key member of our newly developed Employee Relations Centre of Excellence in India. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders, HR, and employeesproviding guidance across performance management, investigations, accommodations, and compliance matters. This role is central to creating a fair, consistent, and positive workplace experience.

You Are Great At

  • Coaching leaders on performance management and providing structured documentation support.
  • Managing sensitive and complex workplace issues with neutrality and professionalism.
  • Supporting and conducting investigations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Mediating conflicts to reduce workplace friction and strengthen collaboration.
  • Partnering with HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Legal to resolve complex leave and compliance cases.
  • Analyzing ER data, identifying trends, and recommending workplace improvements.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
  • Solid knowledge of India Employment Law; familiarity with Canada or Philippines law is a plus.
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve sensitive issues objectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in all matters.
  • SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
