Job Description
GRC/IRM Development:
*Lead the end-to-end development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
*Architecture and Design: Define the technical architecture and design elements for ServiceNow GRC solutions, including object models, access control models, and workflow diagrams.
*Scripting and Customization: Develop and maintain complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer to create and automate GRC workflows.
*User Interface: Create and enhance custom interfaces, including GRC-specific workspaces and Service Portals, to provide intuitive and user-friendly experiences for risk and compliance professionals.
*Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and perform regular code reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices.
*Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing support for existing GRC solutions, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior developers.
*Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define and document user stories, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
Required skills and qualifications
*57 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.
*Proven experience implementing solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or GRC module.
*Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
*In-depth knowledge of GRC processes and industry frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant compliance standards.
*Strong experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
*Experience with Agile development methodologies.
*Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
*ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC/IRM.
*ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
