Job Description
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities as needed.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all rooms meet safety and quality standards before check-in.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects such as cleaning equipment and linens.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
