Overview:
Harness is looking for an ERP Software Sales Executive based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Reporting directly to the Director, this position is responsible for driving new business sales of Harness ERP software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customers.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan and opportunity pipeline.
  • Ability to travel at any periodical timing Domestic and International.
  • Business Development Manager is responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships and offer demos convincing the contact about the product fitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
  • The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prior experience in interacting with top level Management of the companies and a rolodex of contacts would be desirable
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Skills Qualifications.
Required Skills:
  • Experience selling IT/ ERP products in the manufacturing software market place.
  • Contacts within manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and ERP modules and features such as: Admin Application, Order Planning, Purchase, EDI, Planning, Stores, Customization, Sales and Distribution, MIS, Finance and HRMS.
  • Proficiency in Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stake holders for acquiring clients.
  • Responsible for sales of ERP Product and its value added services.
  • Make and maintain, all given sales reports.
Technical Skills:
  • Good Technical skills in terms of understanding the Product / Process at different Verticals / Industries.
  • Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth customer on - boarding.
  • Good understanding of ERP solutions and other technologies.
