Designation -  Associate Consultant - Talent Acquisition.
Work Days & Timings - Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Location - Kandivali West (SV Road, 5 mins walk from the station)

Ideal Candidate -

1. Any full time Graduate with strong conversational skills.
2. Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in recruitment.
3. Should be computer savvy having knowledge of Word, Excel and Gmail.

Salary Details -
Fixed Salary - Upto 3 LPA 

Job Profile - Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

1. Research on Industries and Companies.
2. Understanding job requirements from clients.
3. Candidate Sourcing - Source relevant candidates/profiles matching the parameters of the requirements from job portals.
4. Candidate Management - Interview Follow-up / Post Interview Feedback.
5. Placing candidates - Follow up with the candidates till joining.
