Process Developer- Underwriting @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Process Developer - Underwriting Support at Genpact, you will utilize your experience and knowledge in insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to support the Underwriting teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing transactions for Underwriting Support Teams - Communicating effectively with the Onsite Team - Handling Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement Processing, and Renewal Processing - Demonstrating a good customer service attitude to clearly articulate resolutions - Managing varied workloads to meet targets and deadlines Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Graduation in any discipline - Good understanding of P&C products - Proficiency in the entire Underwriting lifecycle - Customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation - Fluent in the English language (written and oral) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Awareness of the Insurance domain - Proficient in MS Office - Certification in IIA, Cert CII, AINS, CPCU, or equivalent - Knowledge of US Underwriting, Policy binding, Issuance, Premium bearing & non-premium bearing endorsement, Renewal & Non-Renewal Please note that the job location is in India-Noida.
