Job Description

    You will be working as a Disputes Support Analyst at Genpact, responsible for providing exceptional service to members regarding disputed transactions. Your role will involve initiating new disputes by accurately capturing relevant information from members in accordance with US regulatory requirements. - Servicing inbound phone inquiries from members related to BFSI domain, with a focus on voice support in an international voice process. - Demonstrating excellent communication and comprehension competencies, with typing speed of over 25 WPM. - Handling rotational shifts, being customer and solution-centric, and possessing an eye for detail. - Utilizing tools like Google Sheet, Google Doc, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for effective communication and data management. - Validating caller identity to safeguard member information and submitting dispute claims forms within regulatory timelines. - Conducting dispute claim investigations in compliance with Federal Regulations E and Z, NACHA Operating Rules, and other relevant regulations. - Guiding members in using online tools for document uploads and adhering to policies and procedures to provide member-centric service. - Ensuring high-quality service delivery in a 24/7 environment and participating in training and improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation/Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Experience in dispute intake or similar processes in the ACH, debit, and/or credit card industry. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to compose accurate responses. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries independently. - Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication with internal and external customers. - Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. - Maintaining confidentiality and data security standards. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and keen attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of the banking industry and regulatory environment, including Regulations E, Z, CFPB, FACTA, and FCRA.,
