Job Description

    • Minimum Educational Qualification 12th Std. (No Backlogs), Graduation will be preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
    • Strong understanding of BPO operations, SLAs, and KPIs.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • 3+ years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or assistant managerial role.
    • Experience handling voice / non-voice / blended processes
