A similar role, operating in on-site/offshore delivery model and leading any global project with team size of 20 +
Proven experience in agile project management methods, must have performed a project manager role
Good at managing multiple complex technology projects with strong project management, client management, service delivery and people management skills.
Self-motivated & adopting to emerging technology trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms.
Delivering at the required pace and ensuring the projects are delivered on time
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Motivated and experienced leader responsible for planning, organizing, and leading couple of global projects (both offshore & onsite)
Drive operational excellence throughout the delivery organization, process improvement and adherence, leverage tools
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Drive technical teams & give high level technical directions.
Responsible for Project Management, Account Management, Client Engagement, Team Management, Resource Planning, growth & execution effectively
