Mega Walk-In Drive @ Tech Mahindra Limited || 5 Days Working || Work from office: Mumbai Location Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Inbound Voice Process It is a Health Care Insurance Process Eligibility Criteria: Graduates can only attend the interview. Good English communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred. Shift timings: Day Shift (Rotational) Any time between (8AM-9PM), 10 Hrs Shift Salary Structure: Freshers: 17,000 in-hand per month Experienced: 20,000 in-hand per month 5 days Working, 2 days rotational Week off's Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a blended process role. The candidate will handle both voice and non-voice interactions to provide excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:' Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy. Provide product/service information and support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
