What Youll Do
As a Technical Project Manager at PreludeSys, you will:
- Support Pre-Sales: Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and estimates to support business development.
- Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility, establish timelines, and define deliverables.
- Manage Project Delivery: Lead development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Bridge Business & Technology: Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead Teams: Manage, mentor, and support technical teams, ensuring they have the right resources and guidance.
- Provide Technical Oversight: Offer hands-on technical support, troubleshoot roadblocks, and ensure alignment with goals.
- Be the Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure Coordination: Drive collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders for smooth execution.
Your Skillset
Were seeking a seasoned technical leader who combines project management expertise with strong technical depth. Must-haves include:
- Experience: 10+ years managing and delivering complex technology projects.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud technologies, with a focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in full-stack development (ReactJS, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server).
- AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI-based solutions and implementation strategies.
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure certification (mandatory).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
