Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Work location-Bangalore

Qualification-BE/B.Tech

3-5 years in meshing, especially body in white components (Sheet metal, extrusion, casting etc)

Scope of Work: Full vehicle crash simulations &/ Durabiliy loadcase simulations

Education Requirements: Bachelors/ masters in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability anaysis

Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash &/Durability

Proficiency in ANSA as preporcessor, LSDyna for Crash loadcase &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation , Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing
