Job Description
Job Title: Quote to Fulfillment (QTF) Track Lead
Experience Level:Senior (8+ years)
Job Summary:
A highly experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Quote to Fulfillment (QTF) Track Lead to manage the implementation and optimization of end-to-end order management and fulfillment processes. The candidate will lead the QTF track, ensuring seamless integration across quoting, order capture, pricing, fulfillment, and shipping processes to support business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track Leadership:Lead the QTF workstream across all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
- Business Process Mapping:Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Module Configuration:Design and configure modules including Order Management, Pricing, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, Enterprise contracts, Installed Base, Subscription management etc.
- Order Lifecycle Management:Implement robust quoting-to-order processes including pricing rules, order orchestration, change management, and fulfillment tracking.
- Item Master Data Management: Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of customer data, item catalogs, and configuration rules necessary for order processing.
- Testing: Drive SIT and UAT cycles by developing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and managing defect resolution.
- Cutover Planning:Define and execute cutover plans for customer orders, open sales transactions, and related master data ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Training: Prepare user training materials and conduct sessions to support business readiness and adoption of the new system.
- Post Go-Live Support: Lead HyperCare support for order processing and fulfillment, resolving issues and identifying areas for improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 810 years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 23 Oracle Fusion QTF track implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Order Management, Pricing, Product Information Management, and Shipping.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes including sales order creation, orchestration, fulfillment, and shipping.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud Order Management or Supply Chain certification is preferred.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with front-end CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ).
- Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDi templates, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting
