Openings for HR Recruiter -Freshers & Experienced | Incentives + Growth||
- Location: Hyderabad
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Preferred: Female Candidates
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Age Limit: Up to 29 Years
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You'll play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions as per hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Craft and send recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in person.
- Post and manage job ads on social media and job boards.
- Provide qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
- Send offer letters, handle candidate queries, and assist in onboarding.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify future hiring needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (Freshers can apply).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and referral programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Salary Details:
Freshers: 15,000 per month (First 3 Months).
After 3 Months: 20,000 in-hand.
Experienced: Upto to 25,000 in-hand.
Additional Incentives & Performance Bonuses Available.
