Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also be involved in maintenance and enhancement activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
