Position: Field Sales Executive / Territory Sales Officer
Industry: Paints, Building Materials (excluding Cement), Tyres, FMCG
Job Type: Full-Time (Field Sales)
Employment Type: Off-roll candidates are welcome
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Below 27 years
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Science or Commerce)
- Graduation: Mandatory (any stream)
- Current In-hand Salary: Less than 25,000 per month
- Hometown: Must belong to one of the eligible districts/territories listed below

- Mainpuri

- Agra Rajpur Chungi / Gwalior Road / Kheragarh / Rambagh

- Shamli / Muzaffarnagar / Saharanpur / Deoband
Uttarakhand:
- Dehradun / Haridwar / Kotdwar
- Champawat
- Udham Singh Nagar Sitarganj
- Nainital Kaladungi Road / Bareilly Road (Haldwani)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships
- Drive retail and B2B sales within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Ensure on-ground brand visibility and execution of marketing initiatives
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management and field sales experience
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
