Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript frameworks - React, Web - HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, web servers like Apache & web services.
• API Design: Experience using and designing APIs using REST, XML, and JSON..
• Performance Optimization: We need someone with exceptional coding capability, problem-solving ability and pro-activeness to learn new things.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4.5 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and microservices/Hibernate with React
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot Microservices React and related technologies.
• Need hands on coding experience
• Familiarity with API management and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of Relational Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL), experience.
• Deep understanding and hands on experience of Programming concepts: OOPS, Design principles and patterns, Architecture, TDD, automation, best practices, etc.

• Good to have skills:
• Experience on Kafka, Docker
• Experience in Cloud environment - AWS, GCP, Azure

• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
