Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary HR partner for assigned departments/units, working closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive the Performance Management process goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, performance discussions, and improvement plans.
  • Partner with managers to address manpower planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Support business in identifying training needs and coordinate with L&D for program design and delivery.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management with fairness, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
  • Implement employee engagement activities (floor connects, surveys, cultural events, R&R programs) to build morale and a positive culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance trends) and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Guide managers on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and induction programs for new hires in the unit.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment support and workforce planning.
  • Drive change management initiatives during organizational or process transitions.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review.

Skills Required:


  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict, employee grievances, and sensitive discussions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data for decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital/corporate environment.
