Job Description
Title: Servicenow HRSD Functional Consultant
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Exp.5-8 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Design:Gather and document HR business requirements, acting as a subject matter expert to translate them into functional designs and technical specifications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Platform Implementation:Configure and implement various HRSD components, including HR Service Portal, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and mobile applications.
- Integration & Automation:Design and develop integrations with other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) using the Integration Hub, and build automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with HR and IT stakeholders, business users, and project managers to drive initiatives, ensure alignment, and manage project deliverables effectively.
- Platform Support & Optimization:Provide ongoing support for the platform, assist with incident resolution, advise on platform features, and identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify and escalate defects, and work with QA teams to address design gaps and ensure solution quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD, with strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- HR Process Knowledge:A solid understanding of HR processes, terminology, policies, and best practices.
- Agile Methodologies:Experience working in agile project environments.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD are often preferred or mandatory.
- Experience:Several years of experience in workflow technologies and ServiceNow, with a specific focus on the HRSD module
