 Team Sales Manager-agri-fin-tractor Loans And Retail

Job Description

  • Team sales Manager is required for Handling Tractor Loan through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers.
  • For Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executive
  • For Handling Yearly business approx.500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr).
  • Responsible for Tractor Refice Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship.
  • Management, working on existing customer s data, etc. in his area of Operation. Job Requirement:
  • Team Handling Exp. Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. Is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees).

Exp. Minimum

  • 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Fice Industry. Should be from vehicle fice industry Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc
  • Preference will be given from Vehicle Fice industry.
