Job Description
- As a Vice President at Genpact, your role will involve leading service delivery and driving operational excellence to modernize operations and ensure a seamless service experience for clients. You will be responsible for defining and executing a Digital Transformation roadmap through benchmarks, driving standardization, simplification, and digital agenda across the portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of strategic initiatives and programs within the portfolio - Engaging with partners and experts in the industry to identify latest solutions - Supporting front end teams for new business generation and client proposals - Bringing in thought leadership and technology perspectives to drive digital transformation agenda - Interacting with senior-level leadership to drive the common agenda - Assessing potential risks and building automated/manual Corrective and Preventive control framework to mitigate risks Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Postgraduate in Commerce / MBA finance Preferred / CA with relevant years of experience in the related industry and role Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Experience in leading large geographically spread teams (2000+), including cross-functional teams - Strong communication and storytelling ability with dominant executive presence - Passion for building client advocacy and loyalty - Growth mindset with a deep passion for driving AI first agenda - Strong people leadership skills to build champion teams - Ability to collaborate and network seamlessly across teams within Genpact and client organizations Join Genpact to be part of a global professional services and solutions firm that delivers outcomes shaping the future.
