Job Description
- As a Senior Associate-Data Analyst at Genpact, your role involves executing rebates for independent eye care professionals and distributors as per client contracts. You will be responsible for setting rebate execution/operations strategy, interacting with client stakeholders for ad-hoc analytics requests, and working on streamlining/process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize multiple internal and external sources of data and analytics to develop & track KPIs for digital measurement & tracking, including attribution - Drive the preparation and delivery of Digital Dashboards within the digital and social domains, including company websites, digital ads, search, and social platforms - Design test models, data sources, and success metrics to improve marketing strategies - Collaborate with IT and technical professionals to optimize digital media investments - Develop consumer and professional insights using online and offline data **Qualifications Required:** **Minimum qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, statistics, mathematics, or related field - MBA, MMR, or MS preferred **Preferred qualifications:** - Progressive experience in Digital Analytics - Experience supporting digital campaigns and developing closed-loop measurements - Familiarity with industry-leading eCommerce and CRM tools - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and advanced Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with Marketing Mix Models and Multi-touch Attribution Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a purpose of the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people.
