Job Description
- As a Process Developer at Genpact, your role involves working across various categories, necessitating a broad spectrum of category knowledge and the ability to collaborate dynamically with subject matter experts (SMEs). Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's spot buy negotiation process and policies, ensuring strict compliance at all times. - Conduct compliance checks to verify that all spot buy negotiations align with the client's policies and guidelines. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic by consistently delivering high-quality results in spot buy negotiations, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. - Work autonomously to manage spot buy negotiations, while also fostering effective collaboration within a larger team to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities. - Stay updated on industry best practices in spot buy negotiations, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Any graduate degree. - Good communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing. - Proficient probing and analytical skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach, displaying proficiency in written English and English accent. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a requirement for email communication. - Ability to execute tasks with precision, displaying attention to detail and a "first time right" attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office tools with good processing speed, particularly in Excel.,
