QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring Test Lead - Automation (Katalon) for a leading client in Philippines !

Position: Test Lead

Experience: 7+ Years overall

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Profile Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage automation testing projects across mobile, web, and API applications. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on test automation, team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for mobile (Android), web, and API automation testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Katalon and Appium.
• Contribute to test automation scripts in Java and scripting languages.
• Work with Robo Framework for automation coverage.
• Ensure effective usage of Git for version control and maintain repository hygiene.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Drive test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor testing teams, ensuring best practices in test strategy and execution.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide clear updates on test progress and quality status.

Required Skill Set

• 7+ years of overall IT/testing experience.
• Strong experience in Katalon Studio (Web & Mobile), Appium (Android), and Robo Framework.
• Proficiency in Core Java coding and scripting.
• Working knowledge of Git.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
