Job Description
Project descriptionThis role requires a highly accountable Testing Lead to manage and oversee test planning and execution across multiple integrated systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring end-to-end quality by coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring seamless integration testing. The position blends strong testing expertise with project management-level ownership and stakeholder engagement.
Own and lead integration test planning across multiple interconnected systems.
Define test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project objectives.
Coordinate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure test coverage and readiness.
Oversee execution of integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
Identify and mitigate risks in the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Provide clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders.
Foster accountability and ensure quality gates are met before production releases.
Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in test processes and practices.
Must have
8+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in test planning, test strategy, and integration testing.
Proven ability to manage testing across multiple systems and dependencies.
Strong project management-level skillsplanning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale testing programs or projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability mindset. Nice to have
Domain experience in financial services or capital markets.
Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in working with distributed/global teams.
