• Review, analyze, and assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
• Ensure coding compliance with official guidelines and payer-specific rules.
• Collaborate with physicians, auditors, and QA and TL teams to clarify documentation and coding queries.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks as per organizational standards.
• Support denial management by correcting and resubmitting claims as required.
