4. Candidate should handle 150 Manpower in a shift
5. Exposer on IMS,(QMS,EMSOHSAS)
6. To achieve the production targets minimise the rejection
7. Sound knowledge on ?5S?, Kaizan concepts
8. Union employees handle experience value addition to the Profile
