Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team for a major infrastructure/metro project.

Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+Years in Contracts (Metro / Infra domain)

Industry: Metro / High Speed Rail Projects experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Contracts Confidentiality, JV, Consortium, and Service Agreements
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NHAI, NPCIL, and CPWD contracts
Hands-on experience in project operations and understanding of infrastructure works
Risk identification and monitoring of project opportunities/issues
Drafting contractual communications and project correspondence
Ensuring timely notices related to EoT, variations, and dispute resolution
Experience in handling Delay & Disruption claims
Familiarity with the Indian Arbitration Act (1996, amended 2015 & 2019) and the Indian Contract Act (1872)
Knowledge in DAB, DRC, conciliation, mediation, and amicable settlement processes (preferred)
Proficiency in project scheduling and EoT/delay analysis using Primavera/MSP
