Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers regarding service related issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Meet performance targets such as quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be comfortable with rotational shift.
HSC with minimum 6 months experience OR Graduate freshers.
Excellent english communication skills.
Should have basic knowledge about banking.
Hiring Boundary:
MIra Road to Churchgate
Thane to CST
Vashi to Masjid Bundar
(Candidate needs to travel to the office for training purpose.)
