• We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Quality with strong expertise in Medical Coding to lead and manage a large QA team across multiple specialties.

• Locations: Hyderabad / Mumbai / Aurangabad

• Budget: Up to 32 LPA

• Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream

• Role: Senior Manager Quality

• Hyderabad - IP DRG

• Mumbai - Surgery, Anesthesia, IP DRG

• Aurangabad - Surgery, Anesthesia

• Job Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the Medical Coding industry

• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, Coding Guidelines & Techniques

• Strong understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pharmacology

• Proficient in MS Office

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise & manage a team of 200+ QAs

• Design QA capacity planning as per project needs

• Ensure quality control as per client SLA

• Conduct random audits of auditors

• Perform RCA on audit observations & implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with quality leads & operations for training & coaching

• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
