Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VMC operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and a deep understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision machining operations.
Read and interpret CNC programs and engineering drawings.
Set tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per requirements.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
Follow safety and quality standards in all operations.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience operating VMC machines.
Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas).
Ability to make offsets and adjustments independently.
Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
