    Job Description:

    OneHealthAssist is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales professional to drive B2B growth in the healthcare segment. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients, insurance firms, TPAs, hospitals, and diagnostic partners for our wellness, preventive care, and healthcare service offerings.

    You will lead corporate tie-ups, manage long-term relationships, and work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acquire and manage B2B clients including corporates, TPAs, insurance, and hospitals

    • Drive sales for diagnostics, wellness programs, and healthcare packages

    • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, CXOs, procurement heads, and hospital admins

    • Execute corporate sales strategies to meet revenue targets

    • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and corporate engagement

    • Create and present customized proposals and pricing solutions

    • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular reporting


    Requirements:

    • 4-7 years in corporate/B2B sales in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or medical services

    • Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles and client relationship management

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    • Self-starter with a target-driven approach

    • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences / Healthcare / Business); MBA preferred
