Job Description

Drive sprint outcomes iteratively and incrementally in an agile, product engineering mindset.

Define and prioritize Epics and business roadmaps, addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
-
Lead technical grooming, brainstorming, and design sessions to define solution approaches and system architecture.
-
Ensure security, performance, reliability, and maintainability of solutions, making design trade-offs as needed.
-
Mentor and guide peers, actively sharing knowledge and fostering engineering culture.
-
Reduce tech debt, increase automation, and improve productivity tools.
-
Establish engineering best practices, standards, and metrics adoption across teams.
-
Evangelize test-first approaches (TDD, BDD), continuous improvement, and DevOps practices.
-
13+ years of professional experience building large-scale, distributed applications.
-
Strong expertise in Gen AI/ML with ability to create POCs and quick solutions.
-
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms (imperative, functional, reactive).
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices, API gateways, service mesh, distributed caching, and observability tools.

Knowledge of design principles (SOLID, DRY, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.).

Strong grasp of security, compliance, performance tuning, and scalability best practices.
-
Hands-on with CI/CD, infra-as-code, automation, and container orchestration (K8s, Docker).

Expertise in relevant frameworks:

Node.js (Express, Meteor, Koa)
